Vikram Kumar is a Java/J2EE lead/Delivery Manager currently working with one of the largest Money Managers in the world. In the past he has had experience working with banks, HR Consulting, product development companies and start-up firms.
Over last 18 years Vikram has managed, led and developed projects to completion for startups, small, medium and large organizations.
His interest relies totally on his willingness to learn new things, the most important skill that he has acquired from MBA (from FMS, Delhi University) is to learn how to learn, understating and quickly adapting to the new environment around him. Work that he finds interesting is what encourages him to learn and requires him to get involved. The knowledge that he have gained from engineering in Computer Science gives him a good understanding of important basic concepts that he can apply to learn & do new things which are more complex.
